Downloads The Wrong Track!!! - 05-26-2008, 12:14 PM

I downloaded about 10 tracks the other day and when I went to listen to them later on in the day all the tracks were the same dance track!!! I wrote to them about this matter and as usual got no reply. I then downloaded some more tracks and this time it said there was an error so the track didnt download but I still got charged for them!! And I also cant get the new skyshare software to work on my Mac!! All these problems with one site and i still get no help when i write emails to there support staff.

This site is now getting on my nerves once my credit is used I intend to go elsewhere which is a shame cause in my opinion mp3xclusive has the best sound quality files. has anyone else experienced these problems ?

Wow...that is messed up man. My thing is...how do you run a site like this and simply not acknowledge the people who are your loyal customers?. I understand times get rough running something of this magnitude...but come on..this is not looking good on the owner by simply not having these things in order (I.E. customer support). I am also going else where when my credit is up and I'm pretty sure the owner won't care....I won't...lol.

I just previewed about 20 tracks and they were all wrong except 1.
Yet on the website they are correct.
No wonder it's downloading the wrong tracks, it's completely screwed up !

I think it's a crying shame. Skyline/Xclusive had such an extensive catalogue of music. There was not a track that I wanted for, everything that I wanted to download was available. Skyforger AKA Max was initially very responsive & helpful, but as soon as skyshare manager came in the whole thing went awry.... If only they could have kept up the service they would still be raking in the $ or £, but alas, if we ever hear from Max again I fear that for the majority of users it may be too little to late. What's with the Skyshare Manager thing anyway? Wot a load of old tat. There are many other sites out there that don't need to use some long winded - user unfriendly piece of software. Come on Max, tis better to face the fire & be judged by your intergity & honesty - rather that that of one who has just taken the money & scuttled off into oblivion.
