>> I have never never heard of anyone downloading music at an
>> internet cafe and also unlikely on a friend's computer or at work
wow, really? i guess we are the lucky ones, having our own setup. what
about those countries i presently work and travel in, with computers per
person at 2 percent, and internet access at 0.07 percent? and in rural areas,
incl smaller cities, this getting closer to zero?
with very often the only access being at school, or in a library?
with internet cafes so crowded, that you have to stand in line waiting for your
place, or have to book days in advance? lets think where you come from, and i
know hundreds of people who use their workplace computer, with or without
permission, for their personal needs.
and you'll be amazed how many of
those people, with access to literally
fight for, do download music, any way they can (afford it).
more technical: you know how often it is here recommened to use VPNs, TOR,
RELAKKS or SwissVPN and all those services for access. just do that, and try to
install SkyLine's downloader ontop of that, and tell me if you can get it to work.
i can not.
>> Mp3Skyline are not in great standing at this forum presently
precisely. and thats why i was trying to tell them in order to get a solid
customer base, and achieve some standing with them (and us here), they
would do better overthinking their download system.
let them advertise and stick to their downloader, and even offer special bonuses
for people using it. but also offering an alternative standard download would not
hurt them, at all.
once again: my personal opinion, my personal experiences, my personal ideas.
>> Maybe that's just me
no it isnt. its also me, and many others. but lets not forget the '
very others'
out there, too.
