Of all the Ukrainian/Russian music download sites I have tried,
MediaClub is one of the best in terms of catalogue offered, particularly if you like Russian/Ukrainian music. Metalheads are also well catered for at this site. What really sets them aside however is the excellent customer service. These guys have really grasped the mettle of what customer service is all about, and as a result they will undoubtedly sell more music.
On the first occasion to email them asking if they could add an album by Ani Lorak (Ukrainian singer) they added the album a few days later AND updated the other albums to 320kbps as well. When I asked for another artist’s album, and what Ukrainian female artists they had on the site, they responded quickly with a very comprehensive list from which I have discovered a few new artists I might never have otherwise found.
Other mp3 sites would do well to look to media club as an example of how to treat customers. I for one have no more need of mp3sparks whether or not they get over their current issues.
