I find the best music video sites are www.youtube.com and www.dailymotion.com

You can find almost anything you want on those sites.

I was considering starting a project a while back on manually indexing all the music videos on dailymotion on one site.

Thanks, but I've been to youtube many times. The quality of FLV is not quite as good as a downloaded MPEG or DIVX AVI, such as those at HDPvidz.com, but they mostly rip metal videos, which is great, but I was asking about a site that's like AllOfMP3, but instead of selling songs, they DVD-quality sell music videos (including all genres, not just metal). And please do not mention iTunes or Videopimp.com.

I know this isn't want you wanted, but i found this this site which is pretty good. http://middio.com/ it indexes all youtube music videos on their site and offers quite a cool search engine. It's still in early beta, and they are indexing videos according to music label, which is an awkard method. So they still have a long way to go.
