Lavamus.com - Can't download - 04-10-2008, 11:57 PM

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum and have found lots of helpful tips on here. I'm having some issues with Lavamus.com right now...I paid the $20 and it credited my account which was fine and smooth...then I queued up an album (St. Anger by Metallica) and that went fine. So I go to my cart and try to download any song from it and I get the following message:

You're trying to download track with expired access time.
Any of the purchased tracks are available for download for 48 hours since been purchased.
Please check out Your purchase History.

I just bought it an hour ago...so how is that possible. Technical support haven't replied to me yet so I'm wondering if there is anyone here knowledged with Lavamus. I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

H ma2kp and welcome to the forum

It's been a while since I used the Lavamus Network - but back when I did, I never experienced that kind of error, which you describe above - but JustMusicStore support was replying relatively quickly the couple of times I had an issue with them...

I'm confident they'll reimburse you the money that you were deducted due to this timer error of theirs
