Hi all,
I am new to this forum and i was going through the posts to see what was happening to mp3sparks.
I came up to a point where
Lavamus.com was mentioned, went to the site, signed up and searched for a song that i was looking for, which i have listened to on the radio but could not find in cd shops.
I added some money ( that was done yesterday), and yet my account has not been updated to reflect that amount. The transaction went through SWREG. I e-mailed
lavamus.com and i also sent an email to the vendor through SWREG and so far i have no reply whatsoever.
The funnny thing is that the e-mail that came from SWREG mentioned the following e-mail address for support from the vendor,
info@jeymp3.com
Can someone tell me what is happening??, Should i request a refund from SWREG???
Any advice as to what to do next??
