Hi all,

I am new to this forum and i was going through the posts to see what was happening to mp3sparks.

I came up to a point where Lavamus.com was mentioned, went to the site, signed up and searched for a song that i was looking for, which i have listened to on the radio but could not find in cd shops.

I added some money ( that was done yesterday), and yet my account has not been updated to reflect that amount. The transaction went through SWREG. I e-mailed lavamus.com and i also sent an email to the vendor through SWREG and so far i have no reply whatsoever.

The funnny thing is that the e-mail that came from SWREG mentioned the following e-mail address for support from the vendor, info@jeymp3.com

Can someone tell me what is happening??, Should i request a refund from SWREG???

Any advice as to what to do next??

Is there anyone who has been able to add to their balance on Lavamus or mp3legal recently?

I am in the same boat. My confirmation-mail from SWREG also says, that no keycode could be generated, therefore: my balance at lavamus is still not refilled. Sent emails to lavamus and jeymp3 - but they don't reply. Additionally I sent a complaint/request to SWREG. So, I will see what will be happen...

I already requested a refund from swreg, since i had no reply from lavamus or jeymp3.

Sorry Guys we are not experts on Lavamus.com...but hopefully if you are
patient hopefully somebody will come along on this site that has some useful
information and willing to share their own experiences...hang in there

It seems there were technical problems with lavamus because there lauching a new site called JeyMp3.com. After sending a request refund to SWREG, I got directly a mail from JeyMp3 today. My balance at lavamus was refilled promtly. Thank god... I got 5 bonus tracks for the inconvenience, too.

I am all the same situation.
The balance that I bought has not been reflected yet in lavamus.com & jeymp3.com.
