I think henry666 is right - RU/UKR would be the start in sorting this out.

I do not think that anyone here is denying that theft of your songs is wrong - but maybe that this forum will not be able to sort it out for you.

DRM free. 256 kb's and says that places like I tunes and Wal mart offer whole albums for something like 5 quid.

As I said, I think £5 is a fair price for a CD (which I can hold in my hand) and £2 is a fair price for a download (whatever the bit rate)

Being on a disability check,I am in agreement with you and music should be available for all.Different prices for different quality maybe, so if I could only afford the 128 version so be it and if I had more money I could purchase a 256
or 320.So all classes of citizens can be included in getting music.

Sparks does this and is maybe on the right track.

I am not on this forum to try and remedy what has happened. This is a forum, This is my voice. Thats what forums are for. I am definitely going to try and contact ROMS and FAIR. It is gonna be mighty difficult.
Apparently, Lavamus aint so small.
At the moment, I have every right to single them out. They've stolen from me. I take it personally.
Alot of you seem to really be caught up in this faceless BS. And it is BS.
What do you do for a living Dave C?? How do you earn your hard earned pound??

I'm a chemist, so in the same way that the US government is trying to shut down allofmp3 / mp3sparks in Russia, they are also trying to stop the Russians / other foreign countries making IP / copyright protected drugs. This does hit us a bit, but not as much as people choosing to buy from countries where the labour is so cheap that they can easily under cut us

. Not much I can do about that, so we just tighten our belts and look for alternative product lines. One of the advantages of being a small company is you can do this. Am I pissed off that people are buying from Indian companies and not Uk ones like us, of course not, we sell to the US (hooray for the crap pound

) and if a competitor in the US complained to me about unfair practices I would shrug my shoulders and carry on. The way we stay in a job is by doing such a good job that our customers totally trust & like us and they continue to use us & buy our stuff. Is it a bit like a band going out on the road, building up a loyal following & selling them T-shirts & CDs at the concert door; not really but it is the only analogy I can come up with at this time of night.
Honestly, you are going to get nowhere with your crusade, so just get over it and accept that is just the way life is (sorry).
NB. I am not going to stand up for your target Lamamus all that much, as they do not provide the service which I want, but if you were having a go at mp3sparks, that would be a different matter.
