I don't do this enough so I would like to put in a good word for the Iomoio customer service/assistance.
After ingnoring the Iomoio service for a number of months, mostly because of the posts here talking about how they were going the way of Mp3Stor and a couple of others, I decided to take the plunge because they were the only one I found that had the COMPLETE set of Pete Townshend - Lifehouse Chronicles. Sparks has it also, but I am low on funds there.
Prices were very good and the tracks were available at glorious 320 kbs!
I download CD's 2 and 3 (via zip) and was amazed that the zip files were available within second after ordering, unlike another site that often takes days to put together a zip file
Anyway, I discovered at time of unzip that a couple of tracks were corrupt. I sent an email to customer service and again was shocked when I actually got a response within 15 minutes with a fix!
Good job Iomoio!
I am definitely a satisfied customer and keep up the good work!

Thanks for posting that, Mark, to let us know of Iomoio `s customer service.
Great to hear, let`s hope they are finally getting their act together and can become a trusted site once again
