Still slow for me in the UK. Perhaps it is my ISP?
Tried to download last night 7pm GMT and all I got was 40kbps, downloaded this morning at 10am GMT and still only 130kbps, Other music sites I can normally get between 250-400kbps.
Millisong is normally the slowest downloading site that I use out of about five?

just read in the news last night again (and it was mentioned here too) that certain ISPs would
throttle actual P2P and torrent traffic, but could (or would) they possibly do this on plain
downloads too?

Quite probably my ISP, as no one else seems to be affected apart from me.

Thumbs up UPDATE on Speeds - 10-26-2008, 09:47 AM

Dear Michail,

I would just like to say that after my previous posts on here about my download speed problems, that this week so far I have downloaded two albums, both Thin Lizzy, and both times my speeds have been about 380-400kbps, which is excellent for me, and is as good as any others I may use and better than some (Sparks).
