Is it me or is it Slow Today? - 07-08-2008, 02:22 PM
Just downloading a Zip file as we speak, struggling to get 30k/sec, never had it this slow before, anyone else having a problem?

Just tried it again and it is actually worse, slower than earlier.

same, the usual +/- 200KB/s i get on this line, twice today.

Thank you both, it must be me then, just tried it again and still only getting about 50k/sec.

You were the one experiencing some difficulties with Paypal a few days back, right? (Sorry, been away and down with a dreadful cold at the moment, so my memory might be serving me wrong). Did you make any changes to your Norton software, or anything else? Could that have effected your download speeds?

Hi Vik,

No nothing changed.
I just downloaded from one of the other sites and straight in at 400k/sec?
