OK furrball, you will just have to download each track as an individual mp3.

As you have already purchased these tracks you can do this again without extra cost.

It will take longer than downloading an archive but will avoid any additional software.

Once you have logged in to Lavamus, click on the 'Your Account' button at the top of the page.

Then select 'Your Cart' shown just above your current balance.

This will list all the individual tracks that you have purchased.

Left click the disc at the end of each line to download individual tracks.

That should do the trick.

Inspired by my new found forum buddy, furrball, I have re-evaluated what the purpose of this forum should really be.

I came to the conclusion that we should all encourage ALL new members (and each other) to be as unhelpful (or if someone finds this task too difficult) at least to be as indifferent to other forum member's questions as humanly possible

Should individual forum members disregard this new forum policy and STILL try to be helpful to others, he/she will first be issued a STRICT warning

Should the presumptuous person continue this unwanted helpful behaviour, he/she will face an indefinite banning from the forum

Wolfhound, since my interpretation of your above post is that it is both well meant, in a polite tone and more than borderline helpful, you will get the first strict warning issued under these new forum rules (Please go to your inbox and read a PM from me as soon as you have finished reading this )

So DON'T let it happen again

Wow - what a flap over my asking for help and the replies. Sorry if I offended anyone who tried to help - it was unintentional.
I did get a completely satisfactory resolution from Lavamus support. After a few emails back and forth they restored the 10 tracks to my account and I downloaded them individually and successfully as mp3's

Furrball, thanks for jumping back in and apologizing. There are a lot of people who really care to help people and it's important for all of us to monitor what energy we're running when we post.

Consider the slate clean...and welcome back!

Glad you got taken care of too!

Maybe you should start using a few emoticons (smilies) in your posts - just to show when you don't intend to debunk, ridicule or insult someone for trying to help you out, furrball Just an idea...

But thank you for your apology - it sure was appreciated
