I was very excited to hear about
Lavamus and was really looking forward to using their music service however I have run into a problem and their customer support has been non-existent.
I signed up for an account and placed money into the account with no problem however, when I went back in the next day to download more music I found that the password I thought I used was not correct. No problem, right? I just requested a new one and noted that their webpage states that it can take anywhere from minutes to hours to get a response, so I waited.
30 hours later, after 3 requests for new password still no response so I sent an email to tech support and after almost 12 hours no response from them either.
If someone from
Lavamus reads this, please respond to me to advise how I can get someone to issue me a new password. I really am trying to love your music service!
