I have just added some money to my Lavamus account. Hoping to do a lot of downloading today. I order a track to check the bit rate. And when I try and purchase I get a "lost connection to mySQL server during query.
I then try and look around for some other stuff. But everytime I try a search it comes up with nothing just half a page. With no hits, even for the likes of Michael Bublé or Iron Maiden. I can't even check my cart as that throws up the mySQL error too.
I really hope I haven't just lost $30.

zeman, wouldnt worry too much. had the same error coming up a few weeks
ago, sorted itself out within a couple of hours - am sure it will do same with you.

fyi, at the moment my LVMS is just fine ...

Thanks, it's up and running fine for me now. I must admit to being slihtly addicted to Lavamus the amount of stuff they have is amazing.
And it's good for me becaus ethey have a lot of obscure 70's stuff I like.

hi , I've been using lavamus for several months now without any problems.
But since a few days ago me and a friend are unable to download any tracks from Lavamus. We can purchase them , but when we want to download the track the connection fails or i just download the track being 0 KB.
Also tracks i downloaded before are now unable to download.
I've send an email to support@lava... but haven't had any answer!
Any Ideas? It doesn't seem to sort itself out.

Lavamus has not been that responsive of late.

I have been able to download from there,use our guide on the right side of the front page on how to download multiple files at once using FireFox and the download addon downloadthemall.

Also clear your internet cache temp files.

Hi,
I have been having problems with lavamus too. A couple of weeks ago I downloaded some tracks most were damaged jumps or just stopped, I emailed support and got no reply.
Yesterday I purchased the new animal collective album, went to download it and the tracks are not mp3 files, emailed support about the problem and still haven't heard anything back.
I've never had any issues like this before. But it seems like there is definately some sort of problems with them.
If this keeps up I can't really see myself using them much longer.

so clearing my internet cache temp files might do the trick? + How do i do that with windows vista? i can't find it.
Or DO i need this downloadthemall thingie?
I also tried to download it with flashgot/bitcomet. And that failed to. (i think this works the same as downloadthemall...)

Why is it that nobody gets any answer from the support team.
Makes you wonder if there is anyone who even reads the mails.

well getting this:

503 Service Unavailable
No server is available to handle this request.

also I can't download tracks I bought
I can't play track samples anymore

send them 3 emails , no response at all

I hope I can spend all my credit, but I will not buy more

no communication possible can't take that anymore
