LAVAMUS rep still here? - 02-03-2010, 09:36 AM

just wondering if anyone here has recent (!) experience with LAVAMUS support,
or if anyone knows if a rep of them still visits here occasionally. and then if it is
worth sending a PM.

friend of mine has a problem, and has written to their support repeatedly, and gets
no answer at all.

just wondering ...

greets - henry

basically, did not want to bother you with what seemed like a minor glitch
and something your support could have solved in seconds. IF they ever would
have answered ... and thats where you should improve, pls.

it is (very much) appreciated that you assist and help us here, but also your
support should help ''normal'' customers when they ask for help. and do so in
a timely manner.

greets - henry
