You are speaking of rarities and not the norm for this site.
They are one of the Best out there and have really got heir stuff together.

Of all the sites I use, this is one of my top 3 - you must be unlucky with something somewhere - connection/pc/programmes? no idea or help there, sorry.

You must be unlucky, still my favourite.

I always support Sales but two things I personally find frustrating. Their catalogue is very mainstream and I'm not always looking for obscure artists. My other complaint is the bitrate. I find music on there often below 192 which I find is minimal. It's not often I get material in the 256 to 320 range.

If Audio Format includes bitrate, I would have to give it a 5. But if you can live with the bitrate and pretty mainstream catalogue, it's a very good site in many aspects.

I have a very good relationship with Pastor39 , I ask him nicely either through a PM or on his own forum and usually my requests appear, and if I see something I like but crap bitrate, I ask again and if possible it will be updated.
This has happened many, many times.
It is also true my music is very mainstream which probably makes it easier for him to find.

That's great you've got that rapport with him. He extended the same offer to me and I once asked him about some jazz albums. I waited for some time and the bitrate never improved and I never received a PM from him in any form about my request or whether or not they couldn't do it.

I know he's a very good rep and has helped many people. I don't know what it is but maybe I've complained too often on here about the bitrate.

I must admit, I have been searching high and low for Stephanie Schneider and only Sales had her latest album. I haven't been able to find much about her anywhere else nor any of her other albums. I'll put in a request to him.
