MP3Sale.ru is a Russian based music store operating on license # 49/ZM-07 of the Rights holders Federation for Collective Copyright Management of Works Used Interactively (FAIR).

This allows it to sell music at a very reasonable price. Even if FAIR doesn’t seem to be as black listed as fellow licensing body ROMS, they are not exactly white listed either. The Big Four have put enormous pressure on major American credit card companies Visa and MasterCard not to accept payment from MP3Sale (and other Russian/Ukrainian sites under the same kind of licenses). MP3Sale has had its share of different payment processors - especially within the last half a year.
