Background Info

SoundsBox is a relatively new music site starting in late June 2007. They are licensed under the Russian Multimedia and Internet Society (ROMS). In accordance to the licenses terms, Soundsbox pays license fees for all materials. Soundsbox is one of my favorite music sites because of its musical diversity and low prices. With its friendly customer service and their willingness to please the customer, this shop is a standout with me. I look forward to their daily new arrivals, because they are usually different than other sites that I go to. They also have very prompt arrivals of new releases in mainstream as well as independent releases.

Soundsbox users primarily come from these countries:

The United Kingdom 36.4 %
Germany 15.2 %
The United States 12.1 %
The Netherlands 9.2 %
Australia 9.1 %

The site’s goals are to offer quality downloads at the cheapest prices possible, to maintain site availability to their customers and they are proud of their prompt releases on new material.

I just want to add that the support for SoundsBox is very good and you can always find the official SoundsBox guy on aom3 forums. Something you don't see very often with these kind of shops

A complete rip-off.
After signing up, their download program wouldn't work. Requests for tech support were ignored as were two requests for a refund of the money I started my account with. If you feel like getting jacked, sign up with Soundsbox. If, however, you actually believe that goods and services should be provided when you give a company your money, avoid these guys like leprous, plague-ridden mimes.

If you really want to solve your problem,you can pm Seva who is the site rep
on this site and I'm sure he'd be glad to help you.Soundsbox has a excellent reputation for customer service, and I'm sure if you give them a chance this will be resolved.And depite your feelings,name calling is not in order here.

Howdy;

I agree with Nightfly's response and have had several positive PM's and emails with Seva over the past year. He will take care of any and all issues, just give him some time.
I am not thrilled with the Java based downloader either, but it does work. Just make sure you have the most recent version of Java, or you may experience some problems. The most recent version/link can be found on the Soundsbox site.
