Question can users be fined if Allofmp3 is guilty of law infringement - 04-30-2007, 07:37 PM

just wondered if we, the users, could be fined or forced to pay compensataion to the music industries if the website is ever found guilty of being illegal???
Or would it just be the responsibility of the website and the owners?

In the Scandinavian country, where I live, no one would ever be fined for using the service of AllOfMP3, since our Ministry of Cultural Affairs has deemed the Russian and Ukrainian download sites perfectly legal.

lucky for you solaris, i envy you . Im not sure what will happen in the UK, but i doubt they will go after the users as it will be a never-ending battle. So they'll try and hit the top spot - Allofmp3.

Hey Solaris..That is way cool..here in the US I wouldn't put it past them..
But Pro-07 don't worry wherever you're from..As the old saying goes:
" You can't get blood from a stone."..keep using allofmp3 and enjoy..
we do have the numbers in this case..that's why they are going after the root...allofmp3
