I am wondering if it is illegal to use AllofMP3.com in the U.S.A. If it is, would sites like http://www.mp3sale.ru/ be illegal too? Thanks.

I was wondering the same thing. Lets hope there is an answer soon. It seems like they are finding new ways to limit everyday.

It depends on who you ask. The RIAA and much of the news media that is in their pocket will say yes. However copyright law is a VERY gray area and these are cutting edge issues.

On each music site there is a legal disclosure that advises and supports on the legalities of the site..you must read that and make your own decisions..
As stated above there are many grey areas involved..
the choices are yours...good luck

It says that it goes by the russian law but it doesn't say anything about the U.S. in it, am I safe putting in my credit card info?

Hi rockstarrem.

The payment processing of AllOfMP3 is taken cared by two different credit card processors: a Dutch firm called Chronopay and E-Centru which is Moldavian based and both are well respected.

In fact: I have never heard of any customer having any complaints about being ripped off using either firm.

Hi rockstarrem.

I have never had any payment problems in any of the 10 Russian/Ukrainian online stores I use. They all use well respected credit card processors - MPSale.ru and their sister site MP3Million.com included.

If memory not fails me they use SWREG - like MP3Stor.com and MP3Fiesta.com
