I am grateful, very. I'm just concerned thats all. I mean, MP3fiesta looks legal enough, but it's amazingly cheap, and pretty much free due to the fact they give away money on it.
All I wanna do is be honest and download legally.

We all pay for our downloads here because we feel it is the right thing
to do.And mp3fiesta does not give away money and I would advise you
to read our Music Shop Reviews on the top of the page to get more details
that would answer your concerns.

I can answer your question about the shops and in my opinion there are better shops than Mp3fiesta at this given time.

Thanks for clarifying your position....

The way I look at it is if these site were breaking the law in the Uk, they would have been shut down by now. They have not been, all that has happened is several organisation who see them as 'unfair' competition have made it difficult for people to add money to their accounts. They are cheap because in Russia, CDs are cheap . What you have to decide is if you can morally take advantage of this loop hole. I have no problems with this dilemma as the organisations who make the CDs have no issues with using cheap labour in India / China to do so, so why shouldn't I take a similar advantage by buying my music directly from a 'cheaper' country. I can sleep at night with this, so have to decide if you can, simple as that.
Cheers,
Dave C

Others cost less per download and offer similar bonuses.
this is what you meant by giving away money, right,Bonuses.

We have a wealth of information here that can help you with all
your choices in payments, customer service, bonus schemes and
catalogue.

Read some of the reviews and if you have any specific questions
about the sites, ask us, we are consumer advocates, not lawyers here....

BTW Welcome

Thank you - which sites will give me say $10 like mp3fiesta does then?

Also, which site is the most secure in terms of payment as I have read loads of horror stories.

They don't tell you which ones you get credit apon signup.

I also don't get that mp3fiesta give you $10 when signing up, then when you get under $2 they give you $10 more each week...couldnt you just open 10 accounts and never pay for music again? Weird!

I'm sorry I don't use Mp3fiesta and not familiar with them,I only know
what other members tell me.
As I said check out the detailed reviews for more specific answers. They
are there.I can't tell you off the top of my head, but all the reviews were
researched thoroughly and most important they are unbiased.

But opening 10 accounts would be wrong, right, and they would be able to tell
by your isp that it's you.....
