uploaders could very easily change the file extensions to whatever and tell
downloaders what to change them back into (in a Notepad file)...
And even if Rapidshare servers are

* divided into 7 .rar files takes 2-3 minutes tops all in all to download), there are other
VERY fast file hosting services ready to take over...
And should the new file host leader get attacked by the MAFIAA - the legal procedure will take many months or even years to finish and so on and so on and so on...
