Sounds like the record labels and the RIAA are the real thieves here,according to those definitions.
Why doesn't someone go after them and leave the sharing and caring people alone?

It's quite a strange situation, if you think about it

ALL people are being told/taught that paying taxes are a good thing, so (among other things) the less fortunate can have an education, go to the hospital and so on... Sharing with your next is considered a good thing

But when you (out of the goodness of your heart) are sharing a ripped CD with a less fortunate friend (who wouldn't have been able to buy anything anyway), you are being called a thief by these guys
