allPay Cards? The website is up and running as of today. - 07-14-2008, 10:43 PM

Has anyone ever used the 3rd listed payment option on Sparks: "allPay Cards"?....out of curiosity, I checked the website today and it's actually up and running for the 1st time in 6 months.

It's mostly still in Russian, so my cursory look at it today was pretty confusing

AllPay.cc - ïðåäîïëà÷åííûå êàðòû

I see that all pay has "webmoney' as an option for payment? Is anyone familiar with the website or has used it before to fund their Sparks account.

As much as I want to fund my account, I guess I'm just a little cautious about using an obscure website to do it.

Presently in Webmoney Transfer there are four types of currency in circulation. These are:

WMZ – currency equivalent to the US$
WMR – currency equivalent to the Russian Rouble
WME – currency equivalent to the Euro
WMU – currency equivalent to the Ukrainian Hryvna
WMY – currency equivalent to the Uzbek Sum
WMB – currency equivalent to the Byelorussian Rubles
WMG – currency equivalent to Gold
Here's a direct link to the page with the info

Dear Customers!

Due to numerous requests our site was partially translated in English. The most important pages (such as Sign Up, Orders etc) are now bilingual (RU and EN).
We also included some payment options (e-gold, e-bullion, liberty reserve and others) for your convenience.

Please, feel free to write us: allpaycc@gmail.com

Otherwise use Google Translate (Russian To English): Google Translate

Just insert the URL in the 'Translate a Web Page'-field, set the translator to the above setting and hit the Translate button

Thanks for the google advice solaris. So far I've been able to set up a webmoney account, which is looks like what allpay.cc is using for the fund transfers. I am currently working on funding it and I'll post back weather or not I'm sucessfull.

*update*

Looks like the only option for US is through a bank transfer where you select the amount you want to fund and then print out an agreement and fax it to them, then their financial support team will contact you with details. Or an e-currency exchange which would entail signing up at another place in order to fund the web money account so that you could fund the allpay account. I did find one that was in english that would take pay pal currency and convert it to web money, but I think it's all a bit much for me.
