cmpass worked for me without problems. I have no Idea if this is
usable for usa or other countries, but for germany this is an easy way.

CMPass is back up again, and I just tried the Luxembourg number (Skype, USA). It worked, but when it was redirecting me to "finalize my order", it said
"UPDATE numbers SET customer_id = [myid] WHERE pk= You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1"

On the positive side I only lost $0.21 of my Skype balance.

I'm not sure I'd address that as a positive..... or that cmpass is back up.

For german users the way to pay by a nearly automatic phone call is still online and working fine.
Because nobody knows or can guarantee it's still up and runnig tomorrow or in a few days, hurry up and fill you balances.

Hi All,

Just to let you know I have just purchased two $15 pins via the UK number on CMPass using Skype... they ended up costing me around £10 each (as Skype only charges in full minutes and adds 15% VAT) so a bit pricey, but it's worth it to have some credit at last!!
