Hi there,
i bought a CMPASS Pincode - but when i enter it at alltunes refill balance site, i get an errormessage that my Password is incorrect.
So how can i enter the pin code and claim ID???

The pin code format just recently changed. There is no way to add the one you have to your balance. If you bought directly from cmpass you're probably SOL, but you could try contacting them.

1st Change your Username..It is unacceptable for our site.
in other words sign up with a new acount and then pick a new userid,

You can use allpay pins (new format) to add to your balance. You can get them direct from allpay.cc if you have webmoney (maybe, some have had trouble) or you could get buy it with paypal from me at Allpay-EZ Pin Code Sales.

I had the same problem with a code in the old format. I sent the details to sparks assistance (i.e. date, amount, 2 codes) and they credited my account within a couple of hours. Great!
