I'm in the U.S.A.

I created and funded a Moneybookers account with $100 .
There was an additional $1.90 (1.9%) fee, which was fine with me.

Then, after going to Cmpass, and then "Buy Cmpass with txtNation", then "Get SMS password for $10 Cmpass", I'm taken to txtNation, and select the Pay by Credit Card option, then select Moneybookers, and click "Pay".

Then next screen says:

"Payment to moneybookers@txtnation.com
Error
The recipient's account cannot receive payments at the moment. You may wish to contact the intended recipient for further information."

Tried this twice. Same error message.

I'll try again in a few days.

And now its turned into a fun little thing. Shortly after this my Skype account was blocked and I was paying with my subscription acct through paypal and now its all been refunded? Per my request?

I never requested this and now waiting on an email back from Skype as to what the heck is going on.

Just used RedRaider's step-by-step and I am off and runnin', boys! I'm U.S.-based myself and save for the fact it took multiple steps, it went flawlessly. AT LAST I can get some more tunes! I'm wondering about the phone bill as well, but heck with it! It worked! Thanks EVER so much, Red! Time to download!

I've got my bill for using a mobile (cell) phone in the UK. It cost £7.23 for each top-up of $13 (that's $10 plus a $1 bonus plus my normal 20% bonus). Works out at an exchange rate of $1.80 to £1.00 which is not too bad.

I've also got the bill for my UK landline. This cost £5.77 for the same $13 - a rate of $2.25.

But who cares about the cost - it's great to be able to top up again.

Museekster Music Services: How to pay Allofmp3

Seeing Solaris' post about the Museekster instructions, I just tried to expend some of the Skype credit I'd accumulated in fruitless previous attempts to use the "Pay By Call" funding via CMPASS. No dice: there's no longer a French number available, and choosing any other country via Skype either results in an error, it can't find the number or it WON'T call the number, as Skype won't dial "1-900" numbers, which I gather these are.

Worse yet, the TxtNation option I used successfully before no longer shows up! I haven't tried the Pay By Call numbers on my land-line phone (a much longer procedure, obviously), but at least for U.S.A. folks like me, we seem to be S.O. L. again!
