I can also say I've had good experience with exwp. However, they have had ongoing issues this year with their paypal accounts being blocked, preventing them from doing business. I used them exclusively from july-december 2007 with over $30,000 in transactions and had no problems with them.

I am surprised they are taking applications from new users though, as they have been more reluctant to do so since they've had their main PP account blocked.

Thank you for the response.

I have noticed that Paypal did not work sometimes, I am a very small fish (personal use), I delt with them last year, so I am not really a new user. My first transaction took 4 days, the last I did was in an hour or so.

But when things get too easy, they loose their fun....
