rich, where does it say this? when trying to fund yr moneybookers account? last
time i used MC (actually my brother) was some 15 days ago, without a hitch.
a general hint: the more you can separate the individual companys and payment
methods (ie moneybookers having nothing to do with txtnation), the easier it
is to circle in on mistakes and sometimes outright misunderstandings. AND find
fraudulent behaviour!
they do try to interface somehow with their debit/credit/payment/holding systems,
but run to often into computer and database problems there.
so, as much as you keep your bank and your pocket and your credit card companies
and your wife apart (they DO interface, too), try to see each step for payment
to sparks or similar individually. it then often makes more sense, and lets you tune
the system to your advantage.
i found out about moneybookers some years ago from a danish company that actually
pays their overseas employees and agents thru them, and would have heard if they
ever had a problem with any credit/debit.
greets - henry
PS: and just in case you do want to check their webpage, it is ...bookers, not ...brokers.
