Unhappy E-Centru payments ok? - 08-06-2007, 10:01 PM

I topped up my balance via Sparks/E- Centru tonight, it went through ok BUT I have not seen my balance increase on my account since then?

Anyone else having this problem?

I had the same problem. . I posted on the mp3sparks's assitant page. Hopefully they will fix this soon. sigh.

Anyone else, surely someone has tried to add to their balance in the last 24 hours?

I had a problem with an e-centru payment ~2 months ago. I just queried the payment support at mp3sparks and it was sorted out after 36 hours. Probably worth doing if you have not already,

Did you receive confirmation that the order when through? If not, check your browser's history for "E-Centru.Com :: Payment :: Failure"

The problem has been fixed for me. I have been credited with the balance. It's probably some glitched between e-centru and mp3sparks. Took them only 12 hrs (I guess that's faster than their usual downtime period)

To: Blueday
Use assistance to post your problem and give them the detail of the transaction (i.e., order number, reference number etc...) and they'll fix it for you soon enough.

Great news everyone, the money has been credited tonight!

I wrote to assistance with the full E-Centru payment receipt details this morning - fixed within 12 hours!
