The problem has been fixed for me. I have been credited with the balance. It's probably some glitched between e-centru and mp3sparks. Took them only 12 hrs (I guess that's faster than their usual downtime period)

Use assistance to post your problem and give them the detail of the transaction (i.e., order number, reference number etc...) and they'll fix it for you soon enough.
