I saw this option today and wondered if it was a viable alternative?

No allpay is like xrost before it just says site down for maintenance or words to that effect.
At present no viable means to upload credit to the sparks site which is great shame!

In short...: No, it isn't a viable alternative - because AllPay.cc is "down for maintenance"

We are fairly sure that AllPay.cc was somehow part of (or connected to) Mediaservices, which you probably already know also included AllOfMP3/MP3Sparks/allTunes/MemphisMembers alongside both XROST.biz and CMPASS.com

I just discovered for myself that allpay.cc is "down for maintenance", but I noticed the "special partner" option whilst trying to refill my balance on MM. Does anyone know what this is?
