hi

After several months with zero balance (because even the new VIP mp3sparks system Visa stopped working), I got myself a bog-standard MC credit card.

This worked first time via Chronopay a few days ago (logging in to mp3sparks via VIP link I was sent).

I see lots of convoluted methods for replenishing AoMP3 account - have many others used a normal MC credit card successfully (recently) ?

Thanks for noticing us about the fact that Mastercard still works through Chronopay One of our other forum members had some difficulties a few days ago

Never used anything but MC. Never had an issue.

So are you aware of people who currently have no problems refilling their balance with a Mastercard credit card (not prepaid) ?

Or am I just very lucky ?

We have only heard about one forum member having problems and that was a few days ago. No one else has reported anything unusual regarding Mastercard payment.

I thought Mastercard were very much of the same ilk as Visa (e.g. US owned credit company) - and would therefore also make it impossible / very difficult to fund AoMp3.

Have they made any statement about withdrawing support for AoMp3, Chronopay etc. (as Visa did) ?

It was also Visa, which took away the payment option from AllOfMP3 first (even though it was/is illegal for them to do so) but if it happens with Mastercard also, I'm 100% sure that the nice folks at MP3Sparks have at least 10 back up plans ready
