The thread is older and buried.But I remeber negative things being said
about the software.I am not a MM person so I couldn't tell you first hand.

Phobo is still the best method...

Let me add my input to this thread.

I've used Softranger to refill my account and it works. I recently refilled when they were offering 20% extra and the transaction went through fine.

no, if you have an account for sparks/alltunes you can also refill with SR....

I'm new to the forum (after searching for ways of refilling my MP3Sparks account, I found this forum) - I was with AllofMP3 from 2005 until it became MP3Sparks & I haven't topped up my account since 2007 as it became almost impossible.

So can somebody tell me how Softranger works? Is it useable for non MM members?

I see the form to fill in for purchasing SoftRanger classic ($19.99) - one of the fields is email address - is this what is used to link to your MP3Sparks account or is it the coupon code? Does this coupon code only come from Memphis membership page?

I've read through all the posts about softranger and am still confused!
