Missing Funds - 12-29-2008, 09:34 PM

I just checked my MM/Sparks account and over $40 is missing from my account.

Has anyone have this happened to them before?

I wrote a message to Assistance and waiting to hear from them.

Maybe a server glitch?

They're usually pretty good at reimbursement for bad or corrupted track, but I never had funds missing from them.

Any thoughts?

Hi Spazz,
I would be interested to hear if you get a reply from the assistance as I think that a sum of money has gone from my account aswell. I have not really been keeping that much of a tab on it, but my account currently has me with a balance of ~$27 and I am sure that last time I took note it was more in the region of $70. Hope you have some luck locating you missing credit .

Same problem here. I topped off my balance last week and had $150 in it and when I checked it last night, my balance was down to $102. Waiting for a response (should I bother holding my breath)

Seems like you're not alone though.They seem to have a big problem,so
it may take awhile to come up with the best way to handle it.
Or I hope they don't handle it in their usual way...with a cut and paste
to everyone that makes no sense to you personally...

I'm still waiting to hear back from them. It seems that I'm not alone. So, hopefully, we will hear from them and get our credit back.

no but serously, what if this decrease indicates your MM credit payback? (if you used one).
