[Help!] MM problems?

Hi out there:

I payed $25 on February 2 via Plimus to Memphis, did receive a "thank you" mail from MM, but not yet the promised licensing information. E-mailed to MM after three days, but did not get an answer.

Is this normal? I hope it works and my money is not gone ...

You must go to MM assistance.We would have no idea about such transactions.
I'm sure they will be able to help..

Hmm, actually not too helpful. As I wrote, I payed thru Plimus. Wrote an E-Mail to MM, but they don't answer. Don't know about other MM assistance and where to find it. Wrote now also to Plimus, but they only forward it to MM - again, no answer. Think I'll ask for a refund. Hope I at least get my money back.

I would not recommend this way of payment.

i always had answers from their assistance...
(and no problem with this way of payment too)

have you seen this payment on your card ???
