An update........
I recieved very good customer service from Money Bookers today.
They changed my country to USA, which was an initial mistake on my part. They also unlocked my account to allow CC transactions.(It was blocked for an unknown reason).
One part they did miss was changing my country code to the correct one. So I still can't verify any transaction till they get that fixed.
Overall, I'm just pleased to get a response withing 24 hours.
