New member - old questions - 01-07-2008, 11:22 PM

Hi all - new member and first time poster. Love the site and all the info I've been getting but I'm still having problems funding my MP3Sparks account. Around the 20th of December I paid txtnation to get a code to use on cmpass. By the time I got the password from txtnation though, I started getting the "we are down for server maintenance message" from the cmpass site. Reading on here it looks like I won't be able to redeem my txtnation password on cmpass to get the pin for sparks. Additionally I am getting the "we are not able to process credit card" message on alltunes and sparks sites. Being from the US, what are my options right now? Can I still use the txtnation password somehow? Do we have any info on the cmpass site? Is there any way I can fund my sparks account through the sparks or alltunes sites? I've tried all the methods I've come accross so far, but I know that we've all been experiencing different issues since the start of 2008. Any help would be appreciated (especially if I can somehow recoupe the money I've already paid through txtnation).

At this time there are no options through Mp3sparks and Alltunes
to fund your account. You could write Txtnation for a refund
considering the Cmpass site is down.

Same problem! - 02-22-2008, 08:42 PM

Hi all. I have exactly the same problem as you chasmalgrat3. Have you tried contacting txtnation? I think I will try and do that.
