Unhappy "Old" MP3Sparks Account Unable to Accept Payments - 08-18-2007, 07:59 PM

Hello everyone,

For some reason my account has any type of payments disabled. Cannot even get the option to refill balance which takes you to the CMPass/E-centru/Chronopay prompts.

Mp3Sparks.com

"Sorry, your account is not allowed to make payments. Please contact technical support."

Weird, hopefully they haven't banned me, since I've spent ~$200 in the last 4 months. Question is, have any of you (except the newbies) seen this issue before?

P.S., Tried TOR, same results. Assistance has yet to reply to inquiry.

Here's a screenshot:

Something similar happened to me, and to a few other forum members too. Look in the Assistance section: sometimes they put a message for you there or they email you, asking for the name of your bank for security reasons, and they block your account in the meantime...

Cool Issue Resolved - 08-19-2007, 09:39 PM

As our good friend Bruno advised, it was merely just a matter of confirming bank issuer info.

The account was blocked, I guess out of suspicion form my bank, as they detected the purchase was made 10,000km away.

Oh well, off to downloading!
