I used the SoftRanger option on my M.M. refill page, and i noticed it said something like XML failed, which meant i didn't have discount coupon code number.

Andrew I am afraid you may have lost this money, unless you can get SoftRanger to refund it to you. If I understand the way this works correctly, the coupon generated on your Memphismembers page is what lets SoftRanger know to link the money you just paid to your Memphismembers account. Without it, I'm afraid, your purchase is treated "legit" - that is, you just bought some software.
The money should appear in your MemphisMembers account instantly - if you applied the code. At least that's what happened in my case. But if they have no "ID number" to link the transaction to your MM account, they probably can't do it.
I would maybe plead my case with SoftRanger people - memphismembers people can't help probably because they didn't give you a code and therefore cannot prove the purchase you made is supposed to cover your payment. Another thing I would do is after a "discount code" generates on your MM page - it only happens once in a 24-hour window - you could maybe write to the SR people and ask them to apply the code to your payment.
Would you let us know how this resolves, if at all?
