Payment not updated on mp3sparks after a week - 08-27-2007, 03:27 PM

I funded my account last week via TOR/mastercard route ($25). The payment went through properly, and has shown up on my credit card statement. However, on my balance page on mp3sparks, my current balance is still $0, though it shows previous payment $25. I waited for a week for it to get updated, yet the status has not changed. Does this usually happen?

Give MP3Sparks Assistance your details. They usually solve this in a few hours.

Same thing happened to me, added USD 100, and still nothing in my balance. :-(

Same thing happened to me too!!

I added 50.00 to my balance, (Tor/Mastercard route also) on Tuesday night.

It still has not upgraded my balance on the MP3Sparks site! I have left a complaint through their "assistance" link. Not even a response! I am very disappointed. Have I been had?

I have done this three times before ( 50 dollars each time ), and this is the first time it ha snot updated my balance immediately.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Yeah, still no money in my account either, USD 100 down the drain and i've been had or just bad business managers that don't give a crap about the customers?

My money will be going to mp3fiesta.com from now on.

Each and every time we have heard of forum members not being credited immediately, Assistance has resolved the matter as soon as their attention was directed to the problem. Keep the faith and confront Assistance with your specifics

Right... And how do i "direct their attention" to the problem?
I already posted it on the assistance page, and they didn't even bother to reply.

WHEN did you up your MP3Sparks balance with those $100 and has the money been debited your bank account?

WHEN did you ask Assistance to resolve this matter and have you addressed them more than once?

Added funds apprx 48 hours ago, and the money is debited my account.

Asked assistance yesterday, after waiting 24 hours for my vanished money, no answer still after 24 hours. E-mailed them to and asked,and... no response.
