Problem to get pin codes - 07-15-2008, 06:49 PM

Hello,

I bought two 10$ CMPass via wire transfer to txtNation: transaction ID 5694 and 5695. I received two emails (with a password in each one) informing me that the wire transfers payment was successfully processed. But, when I log in on the CMPass website, I have nowhere to key in these passwords.

Please, can you explain me how can I receive the corresponding pin codes?

Regards,

Didier

Are you sure the passwords you received are not the ones you would enter on the sparks web site?

Yes, normally, I have to enter these passwords on the CMPass website to receive a pin code and claim ID for each one. Then I have to enter theses pin codes and claim IDs on the sparks web site.

I am very sorry to say that you might have a problem as the txtNation option has gone from the CMPASS site so there is no place to enter these passwords to get the PIN code and Claim ID

I received a password from txtNation just before the option disappeared from CMPASS and it did not work. The reply I got from txtNation about this was not helpful.

I tried to send an email to txtNation (support@txtnation.com) but I received an error (failure notice).

Moreover, I also done a payment (the last one) for which I never received the password. So, what can I do to get my money back (3 x 10$) ?????

You could also try sending a pm to txnation here on the forum, but from what I've seen he doesn't seem to be answering them lately.

Good luck

He might still lurk around this part of the Internet - but he hasn't logged into the forum since July 8

You could try this e-mail address instead: j.rowsell@txtnation.com - but I can't guarantee, you'll get a reply

Good advice solaris, that's the email I used when I had an issue with txtnation. For what it's worth Mr. Rowsell responded to me pretty quickly, but that was a while ago.
