Important Update: March 30, 2008:
We get many new forum members each day and to help those new members to read through as few "old" or "obsolete" threads and posts as possible, let me just emphasize that there are currently NO (known?) method(s) of payment to the shop that once ruled supreme amongst online music stores
If you still want to purchase music without DRM and at a reasonable price and without stupid regional restrictions, then visit our sister site www.RuTunes.com, where you can read about the many other quality Russian/Ukrainian online music stores
This has been mentioned in passing in a few threads, but I thought I would make it visible by posting my experience of 5 minutes ago.
Please post your experiences, so we can verify that this is consistent for everyone. I'll try to keep up with it and update the top post when new information comes along.
Thanks to
gluteus maximus for suggesting this!
First, the steps for those who just want the solution:
NOTE: This requires a Mastercard -- get a free one from Paypal.com linked to your Paypal account and therefore bank accounts if you don't have one.
UPDATE: Added steps to refill through
AllTunes site without installing Alltunes. I must have missed that link on the front page -- it's so tiny!
UPDATE: This no longer seems to work. We don't know if it's E-centru or the Mp3Sparks.com people that have cut it off, and there's no indication of if/when it will become available again.
1. Sign up at Mp3Sparks.com with a
new account and new email address.
2. Verify your email address for the new account.
Choose from the following:
3. Download
Alltunes if you don't have it yet. Install Alltunes.
4. Sign in to Alltunes with your
new account.
5. Go to the Balance tab and click the now present "Refill Balance" button that was missing with your current account.
OR
3. Go to
AllTunes and click the "Refill Balance" link in the upper-left corner.
4. Sign in to the page with your
new account information.
6. Follow the instructions to add via a credit card. You'll be taken to E-centru, which is accepting MasterCard payments for Mp3Sparks.com
7. Check your balance at Mp3Sparks.com or on Alltunes. Enjoy!
The proof is in the picture:

Take note of the last payment date.
-------------------
The story, for those who care------------------------
I was transferred via the "magic button" from allofmp3.com thanks to you guys a while back. Unfortunately, I was consistently unable to add any money to my balance due to Visa being a bunch of jerks (to put it politely) and blocking payments to Russian music sites. Then, as soon as I got my Paypal Mastercard linked to my bank account (thanks Paypal! Rock, rock on!), Chronopay went all Visa on us and blocked payments to Mp3Sparks.
I took a small remark from another thread and signed up with a new account (capnjim, an old nickname of mine). Mp3sparks had the same old Chronopay story to tell. But then I checked with my Alltunes program, and lo and behold I have a "refill balance" button! Clicking took me to Alltunes where I clicked $20 for a test run and got sent to E-centru to use my Mastercard. Moments later, I had my $20 on Alltunes!
So while this starts me from scratch with my bonuses, I hadn't had much time to rack up a balance before the shutdown of allofmp3.com. Sorry I don't have a better option for those of you with balance histories, but maybe this will be a stopgap solution for you until Mp3Sparks gets everything straightened out on their end and you can return to your high-bonus original accounts.
