I just received my PIN codes from a new order I placed after my money was refunded. Total time from order placement to delivery - 3 hours.

Same thing for me. I placed my new order (after refund) and only TWO hours later, the pin code was in my mail!
That's what I would definitely call a fast service!

This is my first post. Phobozad GREAT to deal with!!

I had trouble on my end..as I did not have my paypal backed up with a credit card...so delays caused by my fault...phobozad contacted me to let me know of the delay..which..again...was my fault.

Quick question - when it comes to a user intent upon running up his allofmp3 balance while the window is open, which is better/easier for you, Phobozad?

- One "big" order of several $10 PIN codes
- Several orders of single $10 PIN codes spread out over several days/weeks?

Hi! and a time question - 07-30-2008, 05:51 AM

Hi, everyone. I've used AllOfMp3/Mp3Sparks for a while, but I haven't logged on in a while, and when I did the other day, found I was virtually out of balance... anyway, after spending like four hours trying to figure out the issues and pay through allPay or some other option, i finally decided I'd just buy a code from you, phobozad. And then I decided to register for this forum after all after continuing to receive the "The order limit has been reached" message.

Anyhow, I was wondering what time zone you live in - or, rather, what time zone your web server uses. I'm asking that because the message about the daily order limit still comes up even though I just logged on again to check it just after midnight in my timezone, so I had expected the limit to have been reset. I'm in Eastern Time (New York City). I'll keep checking it periodically, but I just figured it'd be helpful to know when exactly you reset the counter so I can know the best time to be able to order.

Also, it occurred to me that maybe that message doesn't even get reset at a particular time, but only whenever you've worked through your backlog. If that's the case, it'd be helpful to know when you might be able to start accepting more orders.

Thanks a lot, phobozad. It's great to know you're out there, so there's still hope for me getting extremely-cheap-but-nonetheless-legal music again. Hope to hear from you soon!
