Let me say first to the moderator if there is anything ethically wrong with this or it wouldn't work as I'm thinking feel free to delete the topic.

I believe I saw someone mentioning this earlier, but was unable to find the correct thread. Somebody suggested asking the people who were having success with the cmpass website (generally anybody but the U.S.) if they would be willing to set up some sort of pin code relaying.

Precisely what I mean is:

1.) send money via paypal if preferable to a successful cmpass user including any required fee that user would like to add
2.) user then gets the pin code from cmpass
3.) pin code is relayed to the people from the U.S. and everyone has music again

If anyone is already going this avenue, please send me a private message. Thanks.

same here....I'm up for kicking in a few bucks to compensate anyone going thru the hassle of getting the pin codes.

I believe much of the reluctance to do this is because this is so new that nobody knows how much the pin code + phone bill will be. So they just don't want to be short-changed, which I can understand.

totally understandable, but there's obviously quite a bit of interest in this on the part of us deprived Yanks on the page in case anyone wants to give it a go.
