This really good news. I have been waiting for this day for a very long time. Spent hours topping up my acct....want to ensure that I have sufficient funds till the next outage again....I think the MPAA will find ways to block this again soon....
I believe they will, but I think other more traditional ways of payment will open up in the next few months.

Yesterday I reported this:

It is a pity for you. It seems to work well for me. I have managed to top-up my sparks account successfully to $70. And have bought 5 more extra vouchers....worry that this refill method will be block in the next few days...

I can't get very far:

Your location was detected as (country).

Unfortunately, there's no possibility to make PayByCall payments from there.

Please, choose another country from list:

I'm in the UK.... maybe my IP range isn't detected.

Try clicking in the UK box again. It never works first time for me.
