Some good ideas, thanks for the suggestions.

A suggestion into getting another moderator has been a focus for me. As I plan to launch a new site aimed as a resouce tool for aom3 members this year, I won't have the time to manage both, so I will need extra help to manage aom3.org.

Regarding the referrals idea for members, I will look into that, last time we did that we requiremend a lot of management due to abuse of the system.

One area of the site I have been working to improve, is Aom3's freebie mailing list. I plan to have a seperate system for the mailing list, with a spam policy, proper mailings etc.. E.g. done right.

Don't take it personally.... write aom3 our Admin he had a very good reason
why he did it...but should have told you why...

I will write you myself.
