Are there any reason that you preffer to shout (i ment "type") several complaints here instead of getting help from our customer support? We will gladly replace your certificate with the new one. It might be interesting for you to know that over 200 certificates were used today with no problem. So the system works generally fine. Please PM us and we'll solve your only problem with music certificate.

It seems that Henry figured out the problem himself: TYPE in the code - DON'T copy/paste it

hoppla, are you mixing me up with somebody? the only problem i had was today the code
input - AND IT WAS A PROBLEM, SEE THE SOLUTION - and in my opinion such
things are much better discussed out in the open. neither you nor aom3 thought of the code page
issue, it only came up when another user here suggested the typing-in.

we would NOT have solved this without the boards broad public knowledge - you and me
and whoever could have written back and forth without coming to a solution, and possibly even
gotten angry at each other. angry i do get, but still no shouting - i then pout.

the only other posts (search facility etc) i recall right now regarding lavamus were observations and
suggestions, no? not complaints.

them here on the board gives you, LAVAMUS, the chance that so many others have sadly thrown
away. so take it.

board. where did you see that? the only 'exclamation' i put in was a WOW WOW WOW in friendly
color a couple of hours ago when i found the solution to the code problem, and that was not
shouting, but an expression of joy! if that was shouting, then join me.

but why? ( a ) it worked, and ( b ), i was, maybe falsly, under the impression they were issued by
aom3 himself, as all the mails came from him. so why should i have approached you, as long as you
dont tell anybody? i was not the only one having problems today, and the only one who answered and
reacted was aom3. so?
