Now that I am able to re-read my initial response to Henry I am leaning towards the trigger keywords explanation for screening of my post. (e.g. the word balance?)

That's the only borderline logical explanation I can think of.

Ok, It wasn't what I thought it was.... I've just tried posting bits and pieces of my earlier flagged post, and it's the link that I included below that triggered it for moderator approval!

Just removed a spammer bot that didn't show up in today's posts - because it contained links

I bet ANY link will flag the post from now on - which will also mean even more moderating work than with only the bots

this might not be just a technical hiccup? i had a post vanish last night too - was
there - and gone 5 minutes later. rewrote it (solaris challenge etc), same words,
and there it stayed.

And thinking one step ahead, if you then approve that message and someone quotes it, it will get flagged again....

How do we direct newbies to other threads and stickies.
