Hey Guys and Gals -

I haven't been able to spend much time on the forum lately. Been out of state as my father passed away on 9/11. Just back home now and getting my wits back about me, etc.

You can with 100% certainty use both I switch frequently between There is and It is to make some variation in my sentences
